Fresh Newbie here. Dont be afraid to dumb down your answer.
I have similar issue after a fresh install ...
I installed the theme "Bad_Company_3_2.0", set it as default theme.
then tryed to install "SMFPacks.com Shoutbox, Chat"
I get this error...
