Let me get this straight. Sorry sometimes I am a bit thick.

I need to change my PHP to 5xx
Then the current 2.0.13 SMF will work.
Then upgrade to 2.0.14 SMF  <-- at this point what about update errors?

Then if I get 2.0.14 to work, Upgrade PHP to 7.1
