Pasting text changes format

Hello!

We've been having an issue where, if text is pasted into our forum (2.0.13), the format changes and is wrapped with:

Code: [Select]

  [font=verdana][size=2px][/size][/font]  

I've searched our code (theme BlackOps) and I cannot tell where it is comin...
