Looks like the buttons (Logout, View Calendar) are wrapped, not hidden. If you have more buttons than will fit on one line at specified font, they will wrap to next line.

Not really. It's being copied from a web page and pasted into the WYSIWYG editor which tries to match the original format.
Suggest posting it into Notepad first, or right click and use the browser option to paste as plain text (if your browser has it)

It's probable, but I can't really remember. Meanwhile I redone the order of the smileys in the admin panel. All smileys are correctly listed there.
The tabs appear correctly in the forum's messages, but only the first one shows the smileys.

Ok, your settings.php is in your file manager on your server. You should get there via your cpanel or through ftp.

At that point it's probably too big for PHP to actually handle to make a thumbnail.
I've seen cases where a 20MB JPG file requires about 350MB of RAM (far beyond what the host would let PHP have access to) to make a thumbnail.

I also found out one more thing about the uploader. When you try to upload files bigger than 10 Mb no thumbnail is generated. Files smaller that 10 Mb is ok. Please see attached file.
