Did you use Filezilla and, if so, were they transferred as ASCII? Filezilla (and I guess other FTP agents) can really damage image files, if they are uploaded as ASCII. Maybe try uploading them again as Binary?

I've Tried that I get the Error:
An Error Has Occurred!
The user whose profile you are trying to view does not exist.
With the the link with the uid, deleteaccount, Omitted and the with just the profile, they all give me the above error....

since you have not provided many details we can guess you are using an SMF 1.1.* theme or mod since those use text strings that are numbers. most likely those dont work on SMF 2.0 and should be uninstalled or removed.

Recycle bin is just another board - I use the mod to clear my recycle bin on a daily basis (scheduled task).
However, since I posted that, I don't think the mod will install on 1.1.20

Should also check what's keeping 'em open if it's indeed too many connections, eg: check full apache status.

Currently, your themes are marked as "unapproved" which means that only YOU and the STAFF here can see them.
You can UPDATE the theme that you previously uploaded with your fixes.
